What is Theta Meditation?
It is a technique from ThetaHealing® by which through a simple meditation we relax the brain vibration up to a frequency between 4 and 7 vibrations per second, which corresponds to the wavelength Theta, which has been shown to be in which we access to the subconscious level of the mind.
What is ThetaHealing®?
It is a powerful energy healing technique created by Vianna Stibal who uses Theta meditation to access the subconscious level of the mind and transform the belief systems that are creating our reality in which they drive us to fulfill our goals and dreams.
What is Coaching?
According to my mentors of Create Coaching, Coaching is the science and the art of finding and managing the changes necessary to achieve our goals, goals, desires or dreams in a non-managerial way.
Coaching, for me, is the art of finding the right question at every moment, whose answer that illuminates the path that was in the dark, is to show total confidence in the person in front of me and to reflect all the gifts that he still cannot see in himself. It is another way of seeing life and living it: with responsibility and clean gaze.
What’s the point of meditating?
Meditating allows you to relax your brain vibration frequency from the beta or alert mode in which we are immersed during the day, especially when we are under stress and with thousands of tasks to do at all hours.
By relaxing your brain vibration frequency you access so-called altered states of consciousness by accessing Alpha mode and even Theta, which is considered the subconscious level of your mind.
When you manage to sufficiently relax your brain vibration frequency it’s like you’re going into a sleep phase without losing your consciousness. This allows you to release the excess information accumulated in the conscious part of your mind during your frantic day, into your subconscious and thus free yourself from that feeling of “I can’t take any more” that we often feel at the end of the day.
What are altered states of consciousness?
When through meditation or the simple relaxation of the frequency of brain vibration by any other means up to the corresponding frequencies of the alpha wavelengths (7 to 12 Hz) or Theta (4 to 7 Hz) we access different levels of our mind subconscious while maintaining our consciousness which allows us to access that world that under normal conditions we do not have access to.
Accessing our subconscious allows us to know that programs are hidden from our knowledge and are probably causing me many problems and limitations in my life and we also have the possibility to transform them by those that make our lives easier and more rewarding.
When we are teachers in reaching truly elevated altered states of consciousness, we can access our wisest part and even the universal knowledge with which we all have the ability and ability to connect and employ in our own best .
The simplest way to reach these high altered states of consciousness is, like everything else, to practice, practice and practice and of course believe in all your mental levels that is possible, you are capable, you deserve it and you are safe when you do it.
How a subconscious belief is changed?
Using Theta meditation, we access our subconscious mind while we are awake and therefore be able to introduce our consciousness into their special world. Knowing how our subconscious mind thinks and works, which is totally different from rational or conscious, we can speak to him in his language and transform those programs that until now were protecting us in a way that limited our Potential.
